We are committed to delivering exceptional training experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your registration.
A 100% refund is issued if you cancel your registration 7 or more days before the training date. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
A 50% refund is issued if you cancel between 3 and 6 days before the training date. The remaining 50% covers administrative and preparation costs already incurred.
No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the training date, or for no-shows. However, you may transfer your spot to another person at no extra charge.
You may reschedule to a future cohort or transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the training date.
In the rare event that Alayefa Limited cancels or reschedules a training programme, all registered participants will receive a full 100% refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort — whichever they prefer. We will notify all participants at least 48 hours in advance.
